Time for a little late christmas/new year gift, two Dribbble invites at once.
Dribbble gave me more than I would have ever expected, I didn’t realize that being on this site would be so life changing, it sounds kinda weird saying that but it’s true. If you look back on one of my previous post, you know why I’m saying this.
Anyway, time for 2 of you to get in and hopefully make Dribbble even awesomer.
If it’s not the first time you see this blog, you might be familiar with the way I proceed for Dribble invites. This time it’s just a little different, here’s how to proceed.
1. Leave a comment on this blog with a link to your portfolio, you twitter username and your dribbble prospect account if you have one.
Tell me a little about you, what you’re doing, what you are working on or whatever you’d like to share on the blog.
2. Post something on twitter mentioning the dribbble invites giveaway, me (@kounterb) and this link http://bit.ly/A1inBH This is not mandatory, I’m not going to control if everyone is doing it but be cool, play the game ;)
3. That’s it! I’ll announce the 2 winners both on Twitter and Dribbble in a week or two depending on the amount of comments received.

I’m Jon and I’m a student here in Bristol, UK. I show a growing passion for music and web design/development. I don’t have much to show for my portfolio right now because I’ve been focussing on my A-Levels but I try to do what I can in my spare time.

I’m a web and UX designer and I by giving me the invite YOU WILL SAVE THE PLANET FROM CERTAIN DESTRUCTION!!!
Why you ask? It’s quite simple… I am the only designer out of all my friends, I work in an agency where I’m the loan creative amongst a team of developers. I am a loan wolf and loan wolfs don’t get invitations from other packs to join in. This means I don’t know anyone with a Dribbble account and therefore the only way I will get an invite is by begging you… here.
A sad story I’m sure you’ll agree but how does this lead to saving the world? Well, if you tell me ‘No, I’ve give the invites to someone else far superior’ I will finally have a mental breakdown and go on a murderous rampage throughout England, leading me to Downing Street (Home of our Prime minister) – I will hold him hostage till he fires a nuke at Dribbble Headquarters finally destroying the design geniuses that so cruelly refused me entry into their fold.
The US assuming this to be an attack by Russia will retaliate, as will the Russians. Japan and North Korea won’t be far behind, till the whole world is destroyed.
So you can see that you must do the right thing. Sacrifice that invite for the good of Mankind and the whole world or be left destroyed or at least horribly mutated from radiation poisoning with only cockroaches as food.
Please don’t take this as a threat – I am not a violent person, or even mentally unbalanced relatively speaking. I just want that invite so damn bad… I know that my poor mind wouldn’t be able to take the rejection any further…

I’m an illustrator, animator and game designer from the Netherlands. I make vector illustrations, Flash animations and Flash games.

With the museum I design exhibit layouts, logos, all promotional materials (such as postcards, posters, etc), and hand cut vinyl lettering for exhibit titles and text.
